Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Sunface Medical Center LLC, operating under the brand name Sunface HomeCare (“we”, “our”, “us”), including all home healthcare services and this website. By requesting, booking, or receiving any service from Sunface HomeCare, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About Us
Sunface HomeCare is a brand of Sunface Medical Center LLC, a healthcare provider licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and operating from No. 1003, 10th Floor, Jumeirah Bay X2, Cluster X, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All clinical staff are DHA-licensed and operate in accordance with applicable UAE healthcare regulations.
2. Services
Sunface HomeCare provides professional home healthcare services including, but not limited to, home nursing care, doctor home visits, post-operative recovery care, elderly care, IV therapy at home, palliative care, and laboratory testing at home. The availability of specific services may vary based on location, patient condition, and clinical appropriateness.
All services are subject to clinical assessment and may be modified or declined where our team determines they are not appropriate for the patient's condition or safety. We reserve the right to refer patients to a hospital or emergency services if their condition requires a level of care beyond what can be safely provided at home.
3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments may be requested by telephone, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form. A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from a Sunface HomeCare care coordinator. We endeavour to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee specific slots due to clinical demand and staff availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is present at the patient's home during every service visit. If access cannot be gained at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, a cancellation charge may apply.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. To avoid disruption to other patients and our care team, we kindly request the following:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled visit: no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit: a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the visit fee may apply.
- No-shows (patient unavailable at the time of the visit): the full visit fee may be charged.
- Emergency cancellations due to genuine medical reasons will be handled with discretion on a case-by-case basis.
To reschedule or cancel, please contact our team as early as possible by telephone or WhatsApp at +971525409170.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are communicated at the time of booking. Sunface HomeCare reserves the right to revise its fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before a service is provided. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of invoice.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices and receipts are provided for all completed services. For patients covered by health insurance, it is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurer prior to booking, as Sunface HomeCare does not guarantee insurance acceptance and may require direct payment.
6. Your Responsibilities
When receiving Sunface HomeCare services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the patient's health condition, medication history, and care needs.
- Ensure that the home environment is safe and accessible for our care team to perform their duties.
- Disclose any known infectious diseases or hazards that may pose a risk to our staff or other patients.
- Follow the care instructions and recommendations provided by our clinical team.
- Treat our staff with dignity and respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards Sunface HomeCare staff will result in immediate termination of services.
- Ensure that a responsible adult is present during all care visits for patients who are minors, elderly, or cognitively impaired.
7. Consent to Treatment
By booking and receiving services, you confirm that the patient (or their legal guardian) has given informed consent to the proposed treatment or care procedures. Our clinical staff will explain procedures before commencing and may request signed consent forms for certain clinical interventions such as IV therapy, wound care, or diagnostic procedures.
You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent for any treatment at any time. If consent is withdrawn, our care team will assess whether continued service is clinically safe and appropriate.
8. Emergency Situations
If a patient's condition deteriorates or an emergency arises during a home care visit, our staff will take appropriate clinical action including calling emergency services (999) if required. In emergency situations, Sunface HomeCare staff are authorised to act in the patient's best clinical interest.
You acknowledge that home-based healthcare has inherent limitations and that certain emergencies may require immediate hospital-based intervention beyond the scope of our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sunface HomeCare provides services with reasonable professional care and skill in accordance with DHA standards. We are not liable for any outcome that arises from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information provided by the patient or their representatives.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of our clinical staff, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UAE law.
